  The Drs. and nurses have always been very professional and courteous, even when patients sometimes do not understand how important it is for the Dr. to not feel rushed and spend the appropriate amount of time needed with each patient. I am blessed to have such good trustworthy eyecare.

  Horrible customer service. Nurses or whatever they are in his office were pushy, impatient, and rude. They actually rolled their eyes at the patients. At one point I had to actually speak out and tell the girl she was mean while handling my father. Prescription they made for glasses are terrible. My dad cannot see and is dizzy and falling. He does not want to go back there to get them fixed so we are out hundreds of dollars. Horrible experience.
