  Never received a call that my doctor left the practice and they didn't follow up with me to ensure my medication refills were conducted properly. When I called to have them refilled, the on call doctor wouldn't refill. Why put someone on a medication that you cannot stop taking cold turkey without concern?

  Worst place ever, I will look for another doctor. They have no consideration for any of their patients, I arrived the 15 mins early like we are asked to, sat in the waiting room for an hour, then they take me back to the room and make me wait another 30+ mins, I stormed out of there I was so angry about having to wait that long, my appointment was at 2 and Sat there till 330ish and left because I wasn’t even seen yet. This is unexceptable and this place should be closed down for such poor service. I didn’t even want to give any kind of star, there should be a negative option because I would have rated them a -10. Absolutely ridiculous......

  WHEN you can actually get an appt, make sure you show up 30 mins early and be prepared to wait 15-20 mins AFTER your scheduled appt time. I know they are busy, but in any other business, customers would flee for the hills. They are all nice there, but entirely too busy and overwhelmed. I go once a year for a physical and it always takes most of my day, which is ridiculous.
